About our Bryan insulation contractor business

How I got into insulation
Before I started this business in 2013, I spent years as the right hand to another insulation contractor around here. I learned the trade crawling through attics and crawl spaces in Bryan and the cities around it, and I'm still the one who climbs the ladder and looks. Most calls I get are about a hot upstairs, a drafty room over the garage, cold floors or a power bill that keeps climbing. Some come from business owners with shops and metal buildings.
What I care about is doing things in the right order, because new insulation laid over a problem just hides it. I also want your house safe to live in once we've tightened it up. I'd rather lose a job than do one that won't help. That's how Professional Bryan Insulation Services works in Bryan, and in College Station and Navasota too.
What working with us is like
I come out and look myself
I go up into your attic or crawl space before you get a written estimate, and if you don't need the work, I'll tell you straight. If a roof leak or old wiring has to be fixed first, you hear about it up front instead of finding out later.
We seal the gaps first
Before any insulation goes in, our crew does the air sealing, closing the gaps around can lights, pipes and the attic hatch. That way the new material isn't fighting air leaking right past it, and it's the part of the job we're best known for.
One person from call to walkthrough
You deal with me from the first call to the final walkthrough, not a salesman who hands you off, and I'm on site while my crew does the install. When you reach out through our contact page or call (979) 393-7011, we reply within one business day, and most of the time it's me calling you back.
How we handle the work
Look first
We check how many inches are already up there and what shape they're in. Soaked material or anything full of droppings comes out instead of getting covered.
Vents stay open
We keep the eave vents clear so your attic can still breathe, because buried vents trap moisture that ends up in the framing.
Foam or not
Foam costs more and seals while it insulates. Sealing the gaps and topping up blown-in, loose fill blown through a hose, usually wins unless your ductwork runs through the attic.
Permits handled
When a job needs a permit, we apply with the city it's in and handle the inspections. If you're not sure whether yours does, we find out before we start.
Coming home
We tell you before the job whether you'll need to be out of the house and when the kids and pets can come back in.
