Professional Bryan Insulation Services, bryaninsulation.com, hello@bryaninsulation.com
Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and any work you book with Professional Bryan Insulation Services. By using the site, asking for a quote or scheduling a job with us, you agree to them.
If you don't agree with something here, please don't use the site or book work with us until we've talked it through. You can reach us by phone at (979) 393-7011 or through our contact page.
What we do
We're an insulation contractor in Bryan, TX. Our work includes attic, wall, crawl space and blown-in insulation, spray foam, air sealing, vapor barriers and removal of old insulation, for homes and commercial buildings in Bryan and the cities around it.
The service pages on this site explain how each job usually goes. They're general information. What we actually do at your house is set out in the written estimate you accept. You can read more about our crew on our about page.
Estimates and pricing
We give free quotes on site, and you're under no pressure to book. Your estimate lists the work, the materials and the price, and it's based on what we can see and measure at the visit.
Some things only show up once the job is open, such as wet or contaminated insulation, signs of pests, damaged framing or wiring that has to be dealt with first. If we find something like that, we stop, show you, and give you the added cost in writing. We don't do extra work or charge for it until you approve it.
An estimate is good for the period written on it. After that, material prices may have changed, so we'll confirm or update the price before we schedule.
Scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation
Once you accept an estimate, we set a date together. Weather, material deliveries or a job running long can push a date back, and when that happens we'll tell you as soon as we know and offer the next open day.
If you need to move or cancel your appointment, please call or message us as early as you can so we can give the slot to someone else. If we've already ordered special materials for your job or our crew has arrived and can't get in, we may charge for those costs, and we'll tell you what they are before you book.
Your home and access during the job
You agree to give our crew safe access to the work areas, including the attic, crawl space or walls on the estimate, and to tell us about anything we should know, such as known leaks, pests, old wiring or anyone in the house with breathing problems.
Some products, spray foam in particular, need everyone out of the house for a set re-entry time, the hours before it's safe to come back inside. We'll tell you that time before the job so you can plan for kids and pets, and you agree not to return early because the maker's instructions set that wait for safety.
Payment
Your estimate shows when payment is due, whether any deposit is needed and which payment methods we take. Unless your estimate says something different, the balance is due when the work is finished and we've walked you through it.
If a payment is late, we'll contact you first to sort it out. Unpaid balances may be sent for collection as Texas law allows, and you agree to pay reasonable costs of collecting them.
Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover
We're fully licensed and insured, and our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If something we installed isn't right, call us and we'll come back to look at it and fix what's ours to fix.
Materials carry their own manufacturer warranties, and those makers decide what they cover. Our guarantee doesn't cover damage from roof or plumbing leaks, pests, storms, other contractors' work, or changes made to the area after we leave. We also can't promise a particular drop in your power bill, because that depends on your house, your equipment and how you run it.
Apart from the guarantee above and any written warranty we give you, our work and this website are provided as they are, to the extent Texas law allows.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Professional Bryan Insulation Services isn't responsible for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost use of a room, lost income or higher utility costs, from our work or from using this site.
Where we are responsible, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the job in question. Nothing here limits any right you have that Texas law doesn't let a business take away.
Working out a disagreement
If you're unhappy with something, call us first at (979) 393-7011 or write to us through the contact page. Most problems get settled with a visit and a straight conversation, and we'd rather fix it than argue about it.
If we can't settle it between us within 30 days, either of us may ask for mediation before going to court, and each side pays its own costs for that unless we agree otherwise.
Texas law applies
These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any court case about them will be handled in the courts of Brazos County, Texas, unless the law requires a different place.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the newest version will always be on this page. The terms in place when you accepted your estimate are the ones that apply to that job.
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still stands. You can always go back to our home page or get in touch if you have a question about anything here.
